About Me

I’m Hannah, a NYC-based personal trainer certified through NASM. My goal as a coach is simple: to help people feel their inner strength.

I grew up in the Austin, Texas theater community and as a runner—two spaces that shaped my confidence, discipline, and love of movement. Both helped me experience the power of showing up fully, and I believe strength training offers that same opportunity to others.

I believe that no matter your size, sex, or age, you deserve to take up space in the gym and are capable of far more than you may realize. Building strength is as much mental as it is physical, and a positive, compassionate mindset matters—especially in a space where people are often too hard on themselves.

Life is imperfect. You won’t always have hours to work out, and that’s okay. Ten minutes of movement is better than nothing. I believe movement is a gift, and approaching exercise with gratitude makes it easier to build habits that last.

Every fitness journey is individual. Some people enjoy exercise, others don’t—and wherever you fall is valid. My coaching uses a science-based approach, including progressive overload, paired with thoughtful programming that meets people where they are, so strength feels empowering rather than intimidating.
